Personal data is not shared with external third parties. Kundelab currently uses subcontractors to deliver parts or the entire product or service.
Personal data processed
Kundelab does not collect personal data such as social security number and date of birth. Example of information obtained from forms on websites, or e-mail and telephone:
- Name
- Title
- Address
- Phone
- Message (background for inquiry)
The purpose of obtaining and registering information
- To be able to provide access to our products and services
- To be able to have emergency communication and customer follow-up
- To be able to make contact and offer our products and services
- To be able to send relevant information
Storage and deletion
According to Section 28 of the Personal Data Act, information that is no longer necessary based on the purpose for which it was stored must be deleted. Kundelab stores personal data in accordance with the legislation currently in force.
Rights
In accordance with Section 18 of the Personal Data Act, you have a right to access the information that has been registered. Access can be obtained by sending a written inquiry to Kundelab, by the general manager. If the registered information is not correct or incomplete, you can demand that it be corrected in accordance with Section 27 of the Personal Data Act. Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.
Complaints
If you believe that Kundelab has not respected your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. This is done by sending a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Contact information is available at www.datatilsynet.no.
