Over the past six months, Kundelab has grown by four new team members. At the same time, we continue to recruit, and in August we will welcome another new colleague.
This growth reflects the development we see in the market. More businesses want to create better customer experiences, streamline customer service, and get more value from the systems they already use. To meet this demand, we have strengthened our team with expertise in sales, marketing, and customer experience. Our new team members bring experience in helping businesses drive growth, build stronger customer relationships, and develop better customer experiences across channels.
Among our new hires is Thomas Timm Stensrud, who brings experience in sales, business development, and growth. With a background from both international companies and his own entrepreneurial ventures, he will help more businesses develop customer service and customer experiences that create value.
On the marketing side, Linn Liverød has joined as a Digital Marketer. With several years of experience in communication, brand building, and content creation, she will help highlight the value of great customer service and strengthen Kundelab’s position in the market.
We have also welcomed two new Senior Consultants to the team. Mattias Paul brings extensive experience in customer support, process development, and Zendesk from roles in customer service and operations management, while Jenny Abrahamsen has worked with digitalisation projects, implementation, training, and change management. Both bring valuable experience to our work helping customers establish efficient processes and deliver great customer experiences.
These new hires are part of our long-term investment in Zendesk and smarter customer service. At the same time, this is only the beginning. With more new colleagues on the way, we will continue investing in the expertise that helps our customers create better experiences, both today and in the years ahead.
