Five years of focusing on better customer service

It started with a clear goal: to help companies create great customer experiences through Zendesk. This year, Kundelab is celebrating 5 years ðŸ¥³

 

Since the start, we have worked with both small and large companies that want to further develop their customer service. Many experience that enquiries come in through multiple channels, that systems do not work well together, or that it is difficult to get a good overview. This also makes it harder to create great customer experiences over time.

Through our work, we have helped companies bring their customer dialogue into one place and build more structure into how customer service works on a day-to-day basis. We have assisted with everything from license advisory and implementation of Zendesk to automation, AI, integrations, and the development of customer portals and apps.


A specialized environment around Zendesk

Over the past five years, we have worked closely with around 50 customers, ranging from smaller companies to larger organizations with more complex customer service needs.

Some need help getting started with Zendesk for the first time. Others have been using the solution for several years but want to further develop their setup, automate more, or gain better overview and structure.

We greatly appreciate the trust our customers place in us, and the opportunity it gives us to continue developing both our team and our expertise.

 

The team today

Today, we are eight people in Kundelab, and several new colleagues are on their way.
We work with the full breadth of Zendesk and modern customer service, including:

consulting and structure in Zendesk

implementation and further development

automation and AI in customer service

integrations with other systems

app development and customizations

help center and customer portal design

The goal is always to contribute to better flow, more efficient processes, and better customer experiences over time.

The road ahead

Our ambition going forward is clear: to build the Nordic region’s strongest professional environment around Zendesk, automation, and AI in customer service.

For us, this is primarily about continuing to develop our expertise, working closely with our customers, and contributing to solutions that work in practice.
