We're continuing to grow, and we're excited to welcome William Ngo and Simen Bøwig Nielsen to the team. With expertise in technology, automation, and consultative sales, we're even better equipped to help businesses succeed with Zendesk.
William recently graduated and joins us as a Zendesk Consultant. He holds a double bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business, as well as a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. During his studies, he focused on how AI can be applied in organizations.
He also brings hands-on experience from an internship at the technology company Liongard in the US, where he worked with technology and automation. We're looking forward to putting both his technical expertise and enthusiasm to good use as he starts working with our customers.
Simen joins us as Senior Account Executive. Over the past few years, he has worked in SaaS sales at Tripletex and Duett. During his time at Tripletex, he was named Rookie of the Year in 2022 and Direct Sales Representative of the Year in 2023.
At Kundelab, Simen will help businesses find the Zendesk solution that best fits their needs. With extensive experience in consultative sales and customer dialogue, he'll be a valuable advisor for both new and existing customers.
