a) Click on your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner, when you are logged in to your Zendesk account.
b) Click "Get help" if you have set the language to Norwegian.
c) Talk to Z bot, or type "talk to agent" to be connected to an agent.
d) It doesn't matter if you get disconnected from the widget, you will be notified by email when you get a response from an agent. Then just navigate to the widget via your Zendesk account.
If for some reason you can't get into your account and need to get in touch with Zendesk support, you can get in touch via the Zendesk Help Center.
a) Open the widget and talk to the Z bot.
b) Ask to speak to an agent and Z bot will help you verify your user and log in to your Zendesk account.
c) Follow the instructions described in point 1.
